Flicker fixer, Motion Key, Noise Reduction, Pixel Fixer, Smooth Tone & Lens Correction are worth it to me all alone.

I like it for transitions if nothing else, plus the ability to do blending with compositing modes like lighten, multiply, soft light, etc.
