[Avid-L2] Okay it's time for the big Premier Bend Over?

I'm trying to be a big boy here and play well in the sand box.  I had a question from a Post Supervisor as to how we can accommodate a Premier editor for a show we will online in Avid.  Questions of how we can do multigroups in Avid and get them to an Adobe Premiere Project etc...

The project I believe to be a pretty straight forward straight cut multi camera stage show so I figure an AAF or even just EDL would work for me into Symphony but providing the material from our Avid shop to be edited in Premier seems very problematic at best.  Is there any way multi-group clips could be prepared in Avid and shipped to Premiers, I highly doubt this but wanted to ask the collective.

What is the preferred workflow for getting a project from Premiere into Avid.  I don't expect effects to translate but cuts and dissolves I would think would come across.

I did suggest it would be cheaper to buy an Avid class for the offline editor than go through all these hoops but even though I know that makes sense fiscally and workflow wise I doubt they will take my suggestion.  What's everybody else doing in these cases?
