Little late at the party, but yesterday i had to do Blu-Ray also,
and i got myself TMPGenc Authoring works. (Pegasys)
Dirt cheap, (usd 100) works well and brings it's own (fairly fast) encoder, as well as burning tool
(However, i made an ISO image and use IMGburn to go to Blu-Ray disc.
 
And, it accepts SubRip SRT files as input, my Subbits can generate them.
 
Note, the demo seems an older version than the paid version.
If you're not setup already, buy it, it's a no-brainer.
