Been an Avid user since early 90's. Storyteller, not so much into fx. Am contemplating setting up a small home studio on a Mac. (I also have access to an all PC multi-Avid shop an hour away.) Would like to know what anyone recommends to be able to edit comfortably at home and still take work back and forth.
I am used to a 2 monitor setup and a client monitor, but was wondering if I can get by with 1 monitor for bins and timeline and the other monitor always in full screen mode? Laptop or desktop Mac??
