I'm using an Artist Color with Baselight Editions and regular MC, with Symphony option, on an HPz840 workstation.
BLE requires the surface be DISABLED in the EuControl application before BLE starts up for the first time, yet the Symphony CCR requires this control be re-enabled for Artist control. I can only achieve this by restarting the Avid application.
Once I did manage to get BLE to give up control and let EuControl be enabled without having to restart but I cannot seem to repeat it.
It involved some combination of Power cycling the Artist Color panel, restarting the Eucon applications and thus reacquiring the Color panel.
Any solid ideas on the procedure for this greatly appreciated.
