The guy I spoke with at cine deck said if the prores file comes from another source- not recorded on the cine deck, you have to re-copy it after insert. So, maybe your charging a few thousand too little? I'll definitely try that utility! Of course that functionality should be in KiPro rack- but AJA has become obsessed with engineering a camera no one wants.

Terry,I've just added a Mac version, although untested...And all my products have only a 'demo' button, for paid products (this one is free) you get the demo, insert a serial.Again, this one is fully functional.But a warning, even if you flatten a file, there is no guarantee all other software will accept the files, so do test!hth,BoukeVideoToolShed
