Honestly, I've not done much work with LUTs. So forgive my ignorance.
I've been given 4K footage from a Sony FS700, XAVC-I, shot on a white cyc. In the MA clips, the cyc is grey (145,145,145). So it's a LUT thing,right? That's that the "DP" says.(first time he's used this camera).I've stacked a couple of versions of the Sony SC3 LUTs. I got this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/80w4zg91pd37n8k/model_on_white.jpg?dl=0
The left is with LUTs, the right is straight from the AMA. Can the grey background really be turned to white with the right LUT?
