Hello Avid-Lers! Long time lurker long time since last post.
Am in need of your thoughts / directions. Getting ready to upgrade (finally) to the latest greatest Symphony release coming from Avid XPress Pro HD (go ahead..laugh!)
While attempting to back everything up to make sure I have a smoother transition. Some how I lost the Striped drives! (Avid 1 and Avid 2). Now..they are unstriped, separate drives. One showing no data at all but, it appears I may be able to recover most the data. I am curious to see if anyone has any thoughts on what I should do. A lot of data I hate to lose or reload. (Still have my EDL in place so not a big issue. Just lazy!)
Also interested in knowing what everyone's experience is moving from Xpress Pro Hd to the latest releases as well as the loss of all the Aid Studio components that were once included. (I'm open to all comments and suggestions.)
