Windows 7 - clean (everything else runs ticketyboo)
16 Gb Ram
Media Composer 7.04 clean install (again oy)
- Right click on Avid Background Services Manager/Start Avid Background Services (no go)
- Windows Task Manager/Avid Editor Transcode Service is stopped/Right click, start) (no go)
- Disable Avast Virus scanner (no go)
It appears to start (going green) and then it's right back to red.
Any thoughts are appreciated.
