I have used Airspeed, works well for multichannel ingest. It's a bit cheaper than EVS, but EVS is more prevalent as it's used on every sports OB in the world (pretty much).
DVS Venice I've not used, but I am using this week....
Basic IO and record can be cheap, but reliability and extensibility (if that is a word) is what you are paying for
