Or hit ALT-AutoSequence. Clears in/outs, adds entire clips to the seq, ignores TC (unlike normal AutoSequence).

select all the clips in the bin, ALT-drag them to the timeline, this will create a new sequence with all the clips in the same order as they appear in the bin (You can arrange them the way You like first), delete the unwanted audio tracks and consolidate the sequence, You'll end up with .new.01 clips with the chosen audio tracks only. This will work best with imported and untouched clips, since there are no in/out marks and the blue bar is parked at the beginning of the clips
