What interface is this? Does it do anything on a computer with built-in
USB 3.0?
I'm working with 3 additional USB 3.0 drives every day without any
problems while editing (mostly DNxHD185).
But...
* I can not boot with all the USB 3.0 drives connected (so I first boot,
and then switch on the power of the external drives)
* the USB 3.0 drives fall asleep after a few minutes, if they are not in
use all the time - which is annoing.
(now I use KeepAliveHD http://tinyurl.com/lw2cwlq which works fine for me)
* of course the USB 3.0 drives are a little bit slower than the internal
raid 0 (2x2tb)
All USB 3.0 drives are connected directly to the USB 3.0 ports of the
comuter.
