Thanks for the info. I'm importing double system sound. There's a whole lot of metadata from the sound department in there with imports. But the thought of getting metadata from library tracks is definitely appealing. Especially sound effects.

MC used to be blind for that chunk of any BWAV.Also, Michael P has built MusID, a plugin that lets AMA-linked audio append id3 metadata. Meaning that it allows you to bring in music and library tracks with a whole lot of data automatically.That said, AMA'd audio does not allow for Perf Slip, so end-of-story for most double system productions that prefer sync to be actually sync.
