[Avid-L2] Consolidate or Transcode AMA-based film sequence?

First, my thanks to everyone who contributes here. I've been reading the L2 for over a year now (love the tips, musings, and humor!) as I've edited my feature film in MC6.5 and now 7 on my iMac (late 2013).

I am currently having trouble exporting audio assets so our sound designer can begin working in PT 11. It seems to stem from the fact that I am working with AMA-linked media to our Apple ProRes files. I have read everything I can find about consolidating to Avid ProRes MXF (at first to try to solve the ProRes gama shift on export) but have not found a way forward that works.

My problem is when I try to "consolidate" on a small test sequence I quickly get the error:
"Assertion failed: mob -- oldMob. File:..."
And then a segmentation fault before everything crashes.

Granted, AMA was great to get cutting straight-away, but now at the point of exporting and finishing I am wondering.

Can anyone illuminate a path forward on this? Or direct me to any relevant material?

Thanks so much,
Roberto
