Here's some guessing:
Those errors in the log are all pretty normal based on normal deck
operations, except V PLL Unlock, which could indicate some trouble. When
you perform the edit, are you watching the deck? If there are errors that
pop up at the moment of cue and edit, that could indicate problems with the
source signal integrity or reference mismatch. I've seen issues like this
show up when the incoming signal isn't locked to the deck reference, and
also when the incoming signal is coming down a cable with not high enough
bandwidth (too long of a run or too low of a cable quality threshold).
