The Academic version can only be used for educational learning purposes and should NOT be used for commercial use. I see you bought a MC 4 Academic back in 2010 so I certainly hope you are a student and you are not using the software to make $ - that's not adhering to the terms of the software license.
People who want to buy used can do so or they can buy from Avid or Disti like Videoguys.com and B & H. If you do buy used……. Get the system ID from the seller and then I can check it for you and verify it is legit.
