Free on-line meeting and screen sharing. I've used it for tech trouble shooting with distant IT help. And to see demos of software for reviews.
Also, is this using FCP or Avid or Premiere or what?
I think if you're in FCP7 you can directly send your outgoing screen through iChat, but I'm not positive.
