first release of Beauty Box Video for the Avid Media Composer family of
products. Avid editors will now have access to the industry leading plug-in
for removing blemishes and wrinkles from film, 4K, and HD. In addition to
Avid support, Beauty Box Video 3.0 introduces new masking algorithms that
improves automatic masking, and greatly increases the quality of the
automatic retouching. It also further refines OpenCL support and increases
rendering speed on ATI and Nvidia graphics cards. There are now over 35
preset Styles that video editors can choose from to make things even easier
when getting the perfect look for a feature films, commercials, and music
videos.

- Shine Removal: This has been improved, so you can better reduce
the hot spots caused by bright lights on shiny skin. This feature
dramatically reduces the effect of poor lighting conditions.

Pricing and Availability

Beauty Box Video 3.0 for Avid is regularly priced at $249 USD, but will be
on sale for $199 USD until August 30th, 2013. For users that already own
Beauty Box Video, you can crossgrade to the Avid version for $99.

Beauty Box Video runs in Avid Media Composer, Avid NewsCutter, and Avid DS.
Other versions of Beauty Box Video support Adobe After Effects, Adobe
Premiere Pro, Apple Final Cut Pro 7 & X. Support for Assimilate Scratch,
