I bought my Symphony 6.5 upgrade
on May 25th.from the Avid on line store. It was
registered that week. There is no "Products Not Yet
Downloaded" link on my account page. So what's the
deal'io?

If you bought the 6.5 upgrade from the store the
register happens automatically. If you bought a kit
from your reseller you should have used the download
code at avid.com/activationcard so that the upgrade
would be deposited in your My Account.
