[Avid-L2] Only way 4 Avid AFF Export to Resolve 9, thus pull camera source not mxf source.

the only way to make an Avid AAF export work where the Resolve will want to link to the original camera sources footage (not MXF files) in the Resolve Media Pool using a composition only AAF:
---> In the Avid, all the media has to be "online" for every cut. Again to repeat the Avid for some reason needs all the media online for all clips and AMA footage, meaning "No Offline" messages in the Avid. This way the Avid when Exporting the AAF does some discrepancy check against this online footage and thus creates a perfect AAF that will link up to the DaVinci Resolves Media Pool.

--> note to make an AAF with AMA footage in sequence, put a check mark next to "AAF Edit Protocol" in the Avid Export Settings.
