As long as you bought 6.5 between 4/7/13 and 6/27/13 and registered it you should see the upgrade in account.avid.com after you login and then in Products Not Yet Downloaded.
If you bought the 6.5 upgrade from the store the register happens automatically. If you bought a kit from your reseller you should have used the download code at avid.com/activationcard so that the upgrade would be deposited in your My Account.
