I did change it to High. At that point it did speed up and move in spurts. I'm not sure if it would have done the same at Normal. I'm wondering if that is standard behavior. Meaning - is there a slow "analysis" stage first and then it kicks in? This was a single 1 min. 30 sec. ProRes4444/23.976 clip being transcoded to DNxHD115. It took several minutes for this clip to transcode.
