If the DMF service is crashing on launch, the Dynamic Media Folders (DMF)
plus other stuff probably won't work. There's a new item now that runs in
the backgound, namely the services, that co-ordenate these operations.
Get the Service to not crash, you'll get the others to work. Unfortunately,
just like you, I've no idea how it works.
