[Avid-L2] Re: Unable to Transfer PhraseFind to new system

Note to everyone

5.5 and earlier uses a 25 digit serial for the editing app and the options like PF and SS
6.0 and higher uses a 16 digit activation ID for the editing app and the options like PF and SS
