I don't think thunderbolt is 10GB/sec. GB GigaByte and a Byte is 8 bits. I think it is 10Gb/sec as in 10 Gigabits per second which is 1/8th the data. Am I correct on this? I hate always having to second guess the B vs. b representing Byte vs. bits. Seems some apps don't respect the nomenclature and are very inconsistent in their displays. Am I missing something here?
