I've had very little luck in this realm.
IMO, it is nearly impossible to achieve acceptable image quality with anamorphic-flagged DVDs -- without professional mastering software.
After testing a number of applications/workflows -- I simply gave up. It's the wrong media platform -- for so many reasons.
In the end, I find clients adapt to better delivery methods. Although I can completely understand cases where DVD discs are the only acceptable deliverable.
