Thanks for the positive feedback on the book.
It may sound corny, but it does mean something to me that it's helpful.
On a couple of occasions (while dealing with some wacky things with one of the editors),
I lamented to Michael Phillips, "Please tell me this is worth it."
So Tony, thanks for making it worth it.
