But I think the OP wanted to JUST transcode the AMA linked clips (I do, anyway). If you mix say 720P, 1080P and AMA and transcode the sequence to 1080P, it will transcode the 720P and the AMA, even if I'm happy leaving the 720P alone. Am I missing something?
