Prize money awaits the select few that will make the grade - up to $40,000 for each category's first prize and $20,000 for second prizes.

> Who is eligible to win? Filmmakers, short video producers, advertisers, educators and developers of mobile or web apps.

> Why should they win? Because their outstanding media and innovative digital works advance a vision for America's energy security and a cleaner, low carbon environment.
