I don't think you can encode to Dobly E using consumer format (DVD or
Blu-Ray). It must be converted to or decoded to Dolby Digital.
Dolby E is mainly used for transport between facilities.
If your question is can AvidDVD encode from DoblyE to Dolby Digital / AC3?
No, not AFAIK.
Some one can correct me.
