[Avid-L2] Re: QC issues in SD Video?

 

I'm not trying to paint this as negative towards anyone and to be honest everyone involve was nice and we shared information as to workflows and monitoring setups. I'm really looking for someone to tell me what I might be missing here. The issue was resolved with no redelivery at this point but I'm always interested in other opinions. I have sent the screen grabs to Tektronix and they say they look fine.
