[Avid-L2] h.264 Q

 

I have a 1080i 59.94 DNxHD 220X project. I'm trying to burn an h.264 for Vimeo. Ran through Squeeze 8 with both YouTube presets and an h.264 preset I customized to meet specs. The file plays back fine in VLZ player (I had to export a QT ref with RGB levels as exporting with 709 levels caused a washed out file. Anyway, in QT player, the file plays back with some images very washed out, blacks are milky gray and some instances are very blocky compression. Any ideas? Why would VLZ player play it fine and not QT? I'm assuming this will be OK for Vimeo.
