Greg have you looked at color bars when taking a dnx timeline and going out prores.? In my experience there is the slight gamma shift. Only if you stay all prores or all dnx do the levels stay the same on import export. At least that's what I saw one night a while back playing with mc V6 using the internal scopes. I think this is still true.
