I assume you're running MC 6.0.x? Lates version is 6.0.3 and it is the best v6 version yet, we're quite satisfied with it!

Except "DX Hardware Overheating" (if the rack fan fails or the air filter is filled with dust) we really have almost none problems with our DX hardware - and we have quite a lot of it (both Mojo DX & Nitris DX).
It helps to power off the DX harware if the computer is turned off. You can e.g. use a master-slave power strip without problems!

HD or SD project, BB or TriLevel sync?
And what is out of sync - audio & video out of the Mojo DX?
We're using only SDI out and a deembedder, therefore I can't test it..
Some problems just sound strange - is your system set up to specs and optimized? And maybe some of the problems are heat related? It's quite hot here, too!
