Standalone apps and Audiosuite plugins require the audio be in file form.
RTAS plugins in PT can use hardware inputs to do real time external audio
measurements.
LM100 is old stuff now, but with the right firmware update, works for LKFS.
We sold ours when the plugs came - much easier and WAY less expensive.
My favorite for real time measurements is still the Tektronix (hey we're
back!). My Tek WFM 7000 does ITU and EBU loudness measurements (as well as
all the other goodies).
