[Avid-L2] Vimeo Q

 

I have a 105 minute 1080i 59.94 film. I need to make a 480p max 1.25 gb version for Vimeo. I think last time I did this was in Compressor. I have Squeeze 6, Squeeze 7, Compressor and MPEG Streamclip (along with fcp7 and Symphony 5.5.3. What is the best way to compress for this format?
