[Avid-L2] Re: Transcoded Footage shows up as AMA-linked (yellow)

One small issue I had with some Red One Tests I did resulted in yellow transcoded clips in the timeline. I transcoded via ama to SD 10:1 and cut a sequence as an offline test. I also transcoded to HD media. After using the SD transcoded media to cut a sequence I then relinked to the ama'd R3D files to get an HD timeline. Now the media was from the R3D files and the clips in the timeline showed Yellow like SD material in an HD timeline. If I turned of the timeline setting for clip color data SD/HD the Yellow went away. If I relinked to the previously transcoded HD DNX material the timeline clip color showed as HD. Something in the ama'd R3D files didn't let the Avid timeline know they were HD. I wonder if this is at all related to your issue.
