Wouldn't the question be, did they offline at 23.976 or 59.94I? If they cut in a 23.976 project and output to 59.94I I would expect the cadence to be consistant. If they cut in 30I or 59.94I then the only way to online in 23.976 is through edl's isn't it? I guess with mix and match there may be some new options. What is the final deliverable? If it's 59.94I I'd just online that but nowadays some networks require delivery in the predominant native format.
