Steve, I had no trouble accessing the download page. I found the
exact patch you need under "Avid Editor Patches/Previous Releases/
3.5.4.35 Media Composer Patch". Click on "Media Composer Patch and
you'll see patches for both Mac and PC, an installation instruction
file, a READ ME file, a FlameThrower driver for Adrenaline hardware,

Which do you need, Mac or PC?
You need your Avid account linked to the DL area in order to download
patches (or anything).
