I'm trying to figure out if my dongle has been upgraded. The engineering support is not around today. I tried the dongle versioner lookup utility site but it days my dongle doesn't exist in the versioner. To check I entered the ser# from one of the other systems that had been updated this week and it too said it didn't exist in the versioner. I don't see how that can be given it was updated this week. IIRC the master versioner.avd file gets updated within hours of ordering an update. I know you also get sent a personal updater file but I don't know where that would be right now. Do I have this wrong? I thought the master versioner would work for all eligible systems. Also I can't seem to find where the master versioner file is available on the Avid site. I've gone to the download center but don't see it there. Is it part of the medic composer/symphony software downloads? I thought it was a separate file downloaded on it's own.
