#1- It's the blacks!
If you are happy color correcting with LCD black, then go for the cheapest monitor that satisfies your needs. If, on the other hand, you are used to coloring with the richer blacks of a CRT, then you will be more than happy with the OLED. The black is even truer than CRTs.
