[Avid-L2] Re: On Reel Numbers, Tapeless Files, and Consolidating

Don't know if it's related but I found after creating avid dnx 220 media using Red CineX Pro and taking the media and the aaf to avid everything worked but I could not add a tape name to the clips that I imported into a bin from the aaf. Once I made a sequence from the clips and consolidated that I could add tape names to the consolidated clips. Not quite the same workflow but it sounds like a similar issue. Also we found when ama linking to media that is not native to the project you can't add a tape name. You have to open the non native clips in a project native to them and then you can add tape names. Not sure this helps but it seems several workflows can run into this issue so it's no unique to Resolve.
