I agree but the point was there is nothing technically wrong. There was no
standard being broken.
Even if you are being pedantic the slate is still correct.
I understand if it was written "1080i/29.97"
Then yes, that would be wrong but it was written as

fps: 29.97

I assume the QC person just does not know what 1080i/59.94 means exactly.
