Exactly on the composite question. Is this a digital tape? Or a digital file or a composite analog tape? They shouldn't be analyzing based on composite. That's insane.
If you delivered digital video (either digital SD or HD) then it should not be monitored with a composite waveform monitor.
What century are we in? How are they generating composite video? WHY are they generating composite video?
