[Avid-L2] Tilt-Shift / Smallgantic Effect for MC/Symphony?

 

Anyone know of a MC/Symphony plugin that offers a reasonable facsimile of the visual effect frequently called "Tilt-Shift" or "Smallgantic" -- which creates selective focus simulating a miniature scene?
