[Avid-L2] Re: AAF has a 4.2G limit on MC 5.5 ??

 

Yes -I have that box checked, along with the 2 others in that grouping.
Below, under "Export Method" I have selected 'Consolidate Media' as opposed to
the other options, next window down under 'Media Destination' for both video & audio I have selected "Embedded inAAF" - this seems to be where things go sideways.
I CAN create an AAF if I choose to export the media to a separate folder (that works, but its clunky) but what I' TRYING to do is create one stand alone file that has the media embedded in it so that it can be imported into another Avid.
This can, and is, done on MC6 - is it doable on 5.5 ? or am I missing or overlooking something ?
