Well, Premiere Pro and FCP7work the same way - mark I-O on one frame
and you have marked one frame. Just like in film (which was my
background). Never had to work with tape so this discussion is a little
esoteric! When teaching I use an analogy of a board game. I'm on this
square and I advance one and I've covered two squares (always including
the square [frame] I started on).
