Here's a dangerous one that just got me:
I loaded a sequence into the SOURCE window, marked the entire thing head to tail, to get ready to cut it into another sequence. Then instead of correctly hitting B on the keyboard I had a brain-fart and hit X . . . and the sequence in the SOURCE window was EXTRACTED (!) -- I could not Undo. Thank goodness for the Attic. I just tested it again, and I got the same behavior.
