Assuming you can import the files, lay your left & right eye in their own
tracks, then using 'picture in picture' create a template that will go on
top of the uppermost track creating your left & right.
In composer settings (right click in record window) you'll see some 3D
choices for playback- sidexside, interlaced, & top/bottom.
