Thanks so much for the help. I realised I forgot to mention, that I'm using a sound board.
Soundboard setup:
Matrox RCA out - to Tape In for my soundboard
Tape out goes to my computer In.
Speakers are connected to Soundboard - Line IN 1 and 2.
